Tube & Coupler Scaffolding
One of the earliest types of steel scaffolding that consists of the tubes and couplers. These are easy to assemble and dismantle.
Applications:
Tube and Clamp scaffolding can be erected around perimeter of any building to support a work crew and materials to aid in the construction and maintenance. This system is very flexible to use at irregular surface as verticals can be placed anywhere independently.
Frame & Brace Scaffolding
This type of modularized scaffolding consists of prefabricated frames and braces. Fabricated frames are very light in weight and can be erected very quickly.
Applications:
Frame & Brace scaffolding can be stacked several stories high for use on construction jobs. Due to modular design & light weight, it can be erected quickly. Moreover, this scaffolding system is frequently used as a mobile tower by residential contractors, painters, etc. to perform indoor jobs.
Shoring Props
It consists of telescopic arrangement for length adjustment made of steel tube with flat plates fitted to the outer ends, and a robust nut and pin arrangement in the middle for fine adjustment.
Applications:
Shoring props are used to support concrete form work and shuttering. These steel props can also be used with conventional wooden shuttering. Steel props support greater loads as compared to wooden props which provides greater safety and work space.
Ringlock Scaffolding
Ringlock scaffolding consists primarily of vertical and horizontal pre-engineered components that are assembled together using integral wedge connectors. Erection speed of ringlock scaffolding is faster than conventional type as no nuts & bolts are involved.
Applications:
Ringlock Scaffolding can be installed at different arrangements as single rosette allows up to 4 braces and 4 horizontals to be attached. Other than using for support and access structures in construction industry, industrial maintenance, and ship building, it can also be used as stage support, temporary lighting towers and temporary pedestrian bridges.
Catwalk Planks
Steel cat walks are manufactured from pre galvanized sheet used on scaffolds as walkways providing very strong support during usage. They are specially designed to span the bay by hooking to the horizontal members of the scaffold, providing a safe work platform.
Applications:
Steel scaffold plank is used as walkway plank in scaffolding system for construction safety. The use of steel scaffold plank avoids the disadvantage of heavy water absorption and extreme slippery caused by rain on wooden scaffold planks. It is light weight and high strength, easy to install and highly reusable.
